Creating a reflective Studio Background is a fairly tricky process, not so much because of the many steps, but because of the few hidden ones, that may drive you out of your mind. A few years ago, I purchased a book from Mr. Kelby: "Photoshop CS Down and Dirty Tricks". I followed every steps and gave my students a demonstration. However a problem came up, and I can tell you, there was a major problem with this lesson. All the examples were done at a low ppi. What does this mean? It means that most example were shown at 72ppi. What is the problem with that? The problem is major!! Like major! Making the book useless if you work in any area other than the Web, where 72 ppi is standard. An option would be to change the ppi. We tried that option, but none of the settings listed worked anymore.
